I've taken a colectivo before from Ezeiza to capital back in 2007 and 2010 and I think I paid like 4 pesos, which was a lot back then.
Does anyone have a current estimate on the bus fair from Ezeiza to plaza miserere?

I have 12 pesos in my wallet, can I get monedas in Ezieza and expect to be able to cover the cost? I'm guessing it will be less than 10 pesos but I have no idea now with the inflation. I don't have a Sube card.

Thanks Expats

You are talking about the #8 bus, which goes from Capital Federal to Ezeiza and vice-versa. I don't know what the fare is now, however. There is a site where you can enter your coordinates and it will tell you exactly which bus to take to where. http://beta.comoviajo.com/

This is the company that operates the #8 bus line: http://www.omnilineas.com.ar/buenos-aires/colectivo/linea-8/

As far as I know you can take the bus number 8 at Ezeiza and travel to down town where you can switch to any bus (60?) to get there, or even the subway. Good luck

It seems you're looking at $8 in monedas:

Not travelling with the suitcase on the bus is ALWAYS worth 300 pesos. I was under the impression that you were stranded in Ezeiza with ONLY 12 pesos. If you're coming back and planning a way to get into town, just pay for the taxi. If you ask them at the first taxi stand after you leave the arrivals lounge and walk out the door (on your left) just ask to pay with dollars and it will be $40.

I always take the 8 to Ezeiza from Caballito. It's around $5 pesos. I don't remember the exact amount but coming back from Ezeiza it goes down Av. Rivadavia, Hipolito Yrigoyem through Microcentro turns right on Paseo Colon at La Casa Rosada and continues down the bajo to La Boca.

I ended up taking a taxi ezeiza and paid 38 dollars. Expensive but worth the security and the comfy ride into town. On a side note the flight from Atlanta to ezeiza was a lot more bearable this time. Delta use a newer airbus with nice seats and an impressive personal tv screen with lots of movies.

Wish I had seen this earlier...

I've been using Manuel Tienda León the last few times I've had to get to/from Ezeiza, and including the transfer to Palermo it rounds up to no more than 120 pesos. You get a "private" bus in Ezeiza (only Tienda León passengers, prob. 45 minutes), and transfer to a (shared) remis at Puerto Madero which takes you to Palermo, all included in price. Very safe, comfortable, and quite reliable.
