Colonia Express

Colonia Express will bring a new car ferry into service on the BA- Colonia route in a few weeks time. The totally refitted ATLANTIC EXPRESS is involved in final sea trials before the service is started commercially.

The vessel will also have space for cars , breaking the Buquebus monopoly for the firts time.

I also hear that the ship has a walk in duty free shop , as opposed the duty free cupboard in the current vessels.

A brand new vessel is also being built in a shipyard in Tigre and this scheduled for launch before the end of the year.

It should be interesting to see how Buquebus will respond . Lets all hope for a fares war

Fingers crossed, its still a bit mental they have 2 different private commercial ports. Surely it would be better to have one big one for all the companies.
