do you mean a transformer to step 220 volt argentine power down to 120 volt US style?
If so, there are little electronics stores in virtually every barrio every few blocks.
or, for a better selection, Casa del Transformadores, Parana 220.

If its a 220 v hair dryer you don't need a transformer, just a plug adapter. If it is a 110 v hair dryer you need a transformer.
