BRICS could, but China isn't known to throw good money after bad, and Milei and Bullrich to a lesser extent are openly hostile to basically non-white countries (they've really been saying the quite part out loud lately) so I doubt it.
Again, as the article says, we're struggling to pay a 45 Billion dollar IMF loan, but we'll some how manage to get ANOTHER 40 billion to dollarize? and poof, we'll magically be able to afford to payback what will likely be over 100 Billion dollars in principle and interest between the two? If you lend 100 Billion dollars to Argentina at this point you deserve to lose it all, because I do not see a reality in which we can pay that much money back when we struggle with 45.
