For those of you interested in joining a spectacular country club, the Hurlingham Club is offering 50% off the regular initiation fee and you get to pay that in installments. I think you should be able to get in for $2,000 or so dollars, but I am not sure. Then, you pay monthly dues. It is a fantastic club with 5 polo fields, a beautiful 18 hole golf course, lawn and clay tennis courts, pools, clubhouse, soccer field, etc.
