Couple looking for a 2br

Hi,

My husband and i are looking for 1br apartment in a central area. Our budget is up to USD$700 and we would like to rent it for 6 months or more if its possible, we prefer to rent direct from owners, I´m not able to pay the crazy commissions that real state agencies want. We have no problems leaving deposit, paying in advance, etc-

If someone has an offer I would like to hear. We need it asap.

I don't think I can help you out there. The place will be available in May and I would not let it for less than 3 months... Anyway I will stick a post if I know of something.
