News from Friday, 23 March 2018.

The Justice considered that the DNU was not justified, but also that the changes to the Migration Law are "incompatible with the constitutional and human rights standards".

In a severe setback for the Government, the Justice declared the unconstitutionality of the decree of necessity and urgency that hardened immigration controls in Argentina and expedited the deportation of foreigners linked to the crime...

Regarding the Government's argument that a "security emergency" to justify the DNU that modified the Migration Law, the judges argued that "the decree does not state valid reasons - given the deficiencies that it presents in the analysis of statistics - to sustain the immediate need to modify the law by avoiding the participation of Congress through the ordinary legislative procedure "...

I'd say the court's judgement on this matter is quite similar to what Dr. Bajo_cero has been telling us all along since January 2017.

This is because I shared my professional secret with the lawyers of the CELS (where I used to work) and we decided to split the work. They attacked the DNU in one class action while I did it in about 300 cases at the same time all over the country with over 50 Federal judges. This is how judges knew my opinion and I achieved to influence them. The Federal Prosecutor Guilligan is also prosecutor for citizenship plus the public defendants also contacted me (and the best immigration lawyers) and this is how the Director of Deportation fell: i suggest them to do not let him pass one illegal arrest or deportation. So, he had a rain of criminal cases of no less of 12 years of jail each.
I already made the DNU fall for citizenship last year and February received me with another 4 leading precedents plus one from Supreme Court.
So, working 16 hours for the last 18 months is showing results.
After I read the decision on Friday I slept 36 hours non stop. There were some [nazis] prosecutors asking for my arrest based on the DNU plus I was fined in about 50k usd that now, I do not know under which rock are they planning to hide.
If you read the decision, one of the judges agree with me that this is not a decree, instead it is an administrative act [against me], and this is why they decided there was no emergency, because to enforce the National Constitution cannot be an emergency.
The newspaper translation is to nice, judges were harder, one of them asserted that the DNU is not a tool to by pass the Congress to avoid a debate when the President does not has the nunbers to enact a law.
