Really,really hoping to find this type of eating when arriving to Bs As.

You can find this at just about every restaurant you go to. The difference is.. Even McDonalds make the Big Bac look inviting. That said, there are lots of places to find some good carne, is it grass fed, cut with a fork, good? probably not but still tasty.

Any decent parrilla will have all of that stuff. Not sure if you realize, but most of what you see at the beginning is organ meat.
