Customer care team members required for a growing company

Professional experience in customer care is mandatory.

We are an outsourcing company managing a logistics and transport project based in the USA. Team members will be responsible for ensuring that the Customer experience goes smoothly and exceeds his expectations from the moment of booking through delivery.

Proactive and multi-tasking skills are necessary, as providing customer care solutions by telephone and email is only a small portion of the job, which also includes order logistics and administration, always attempting to address clients' needs in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition.

We provide a specific training, in which every team member will come to thoroughly understand the business, including our organization, market positioning, and practices and procedures.

• Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- PC skills
- Proactive attitude.

• Principal Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for ensuring that the Customer experience goes smoothly and exceeds his expectations from the moment of booking through delivery.
