Can anyone suggest a good day Spa in BA? Had been many years ago to the Evian Day Spa which was amazing, but my friend there says it "changed ownership" a couple of years ago and is either not there or not the same.

Any good suggestions. Nice space/environment is also key.

No suggestions for a Day Spa in BA? That, more than concerns about muggings/petty theft, seems to be the more disconcerting news about BA. Seriously has anyone been to a Day Spa in BA?

I went to the Evian spa about this time last year -- it was very nice, I just wish I had been able to arrive earlier in order to take more advantage of the facilities. Unfortunately the only other one I've been to is the Aqua Vita Medical Spa and their site says that they are closed for reformas... but that message has been up for awhile so not sure if they will be reopening or not. Sorry!

It may seem hard to believe, but Porteños manage to lead relatively good lives. In between muggings and thefts, that is.... :)

That's not hard to believe at all. But a "good life" certainly should include "good maintenance". And based on the number of Men's clothes stores, and the general importance on appearance in Argentina, I would figure that many Portenos would be at the day spa.

The rich aren't prettier because they are rich,...it's the maintenance.

Have you checked out the Alvear Palace hotel? Is not cheap (800 pesos).
Fancy it?

I love this place...been going here for about 6 years. They do massages, facials, basically anything you would want.

Located at Vidt y Santa Fe a few blocks from Alto Palermo.

Enjoy
