I will be coming into EZE with some electronics...all which can be argued as used. I have an ipad, Macbook, Kindle, digital camera, and a mint condition (almost new) Playstation3. Would you advise declaring any of these or are just wait for Aduana to find them and then argue that they are used?

Maybe do the usual, put some stickers or post it notes on the inside of the laptop... get some dark chocolate & stain the outside surface area etc etc.
You should be fine ...If you do get stopped, ONLY sPeak EnGliSh & say they are your personal work & play tools & that it's all going back with you when you leave.
