Hi Everyone, I'm desperate to find an official site where I can get information as to what is required to file for divorce in Argentina, if married in the UK. The British marriage has not been registered in Argentina, and the wife is still on a tourist visa. If I could get a copy of a divorce application online, so we can see what the prerequisite documents are, that would really help. Alternatively, the actual Civil Law Codes that stipulates what documents are required for a divorce to proceed. Both parties were married before - the husband divorced in Argentina and the wife divorced her first husband in the UK - HELP!
