My research on this phone has left me confused as to whether the SIM chip can be changed and whether the phone can be unlocked. Does anyone know if it can be used on the Personal network in BsAs?

Thanks, Bob

if you can get it unlocked it should work on 3g.

AFAIK there is no 4g here yet.

Thanks for replying ejcot. The first reference you gave says that the SIM is "non-removable". So when I get to BsAs how will I be able to get the phone working on the Personal network there?

Thanks, Bob

i didn't see that, how strange. Why would anyone want a phone with no SIM card slot.

If you fancy doing some soldering you can get one working but personally i'd just buy a phone that isn't fucking retarded

I had one until recently and it worked fine (the phone) on Personal pre-paid. Personal itself, on the other hand, did not work well at all.
