Another dull residency papers question I'm afraid but would be grateful if anyone has been in a similar situation and can help out...
Basically I am going to be submitting papers for residency shortly and as I was planning on doing this last year, I have my UK birth certificate and criminal records check with the necessary apostille stamps but these are about 9/10 months old now. I haven't been home since so no problems with the criminal check in that respect.
Does anyone know if there is any time limit with regards to submitting your documents?
