I'm not sure if you mean blogs as in EFL teachers writing about their experiences, or forums where people talk about job opportunities and with other EFL teachers. If it's the latter, this is one that I know of: http://www.eslcafe.com/
But if you do a search on the internet you'll find a bunch of info.

Both sites have forums and tons of useful information!
