I'm not a hardcore workout maniac or anything, but I find a lot of yoga places are too easy/too focused on the spiritual stuff (yawn).
A gym would be nice but the ones I'm finding online, that are near San Cris, tend to be more male-oriented.
This usually wouldn't be a problem for me, but given the fact that my Argentine boss thinks women who join Cross Fit, and the like, are just in it to get men ---I don't think I would feel very comfortable in a gym populated by meat-heads who think I'm only there to get into their (sweat)pants.
TL;DR version:
Nothing fancy, just a good yoga place and/or gym near me that maybe offers a decent yoga class.
I really liked Centro Okinawense on San Juan but they only offer yoga on days I don't work from home.
Thanks!
