Iam trying to convince a friend of mine who lives in Winsconsin to join an expat tango group and encourage him come to Buenos Aires. He loves dancing and having a group of people to go to milongas and as it seems to be difficult find the people there Iam trying to find some here!

Well, villa Malcolm is a place where expat usually meet. So, you should look at FB about it and you can easily find expats.
