Dog On Ferry

I am looking at flying my dog into Montevideo as the airfare is dramatically cheaper than to Buenos Aires. Is it possible that he can travel on the ferry (he's 74 pounds so about 33 kg).

Yes. Buque bus accepts dogs in travel crates.

But the headaches of trying to get you dogs sanitary papers in order for both countries might make the money saved not worth it.
