The Kavanagh building here in Buenos Aires is one of my favourite buildings. I was wondering if anyone has been on or knows if there are any tours available throughout the building?

Private building. Apartments only. Security won't let you even get to the elevator.

Best bet is to research someone either renting a flat or selling one and then "taking a look" to see if you're interested.

It was always built to be apartments, so there isn't really anywhere for a tour to go. Sorry.

Let´s see a bit of history: that building is named after an Irish family from Patagonia, I think they rised cattle and sheep.
When it was built in the 30´s, it was the tallest concrete building in the southern hemisphere.
