El Tigre Speed Boat Rentals

I am studying abroad in Argentina until November and wanted to rent a speed boat with some other students to take out on El Tigre for a day. I am not sure how complicated it would be to rent a speed boat here. So far my Google searches for a place to rent a speed boat here have failed. Let me know if you have any thoughts or experiences with this! Thank you
