Another completely useless and unenforceable rule/measure. It's very easy to go before the media and tell the public how hard you (the government) are working to protect their health, come up with unproven, redundant and frankly pointless measures --- and just reap the "popularity" surge. Cases are going down because this is the nature of the virus. It will go back up in March if there is no vaccine. One would think we would have learned from Europe and Brazil but no...same old story. Today Brazil, on average, has done better than Argentina despite having had no national lockdown and their economy has remained quire resilient. The strict cuarentena in ARG has led to more deaths per million than in Brazil. And the economy here has been decimated.
