English-speaking Medicus doctors

Hi everyone,
I arrived a little month ago and promptly signed up for health insurance with Medicus, but haven't used it yet. I should, but I want to go to English-speaking doctors. Does anyone have suggestions for doctors in any of the following areas who speak English:

Physical therapist
Gyn
Dentist
General practictioners
