English Speaking Ob/gyno Recommendations?

Hi ladies,
I have recently found out I'm pregnant and will have to have the baby here and not at home.. I don't speak a alot of spanish.. and was hoping anyone can recommend a Ob/Gyno that speaks english well. I went for one appointment and we specifically asked and got told this gyno spoke very well, but when I got there she would only speak spanish with my partner and I felt horrible, this is my first baby and it's scary in another country so I'd really like to be able to comfortable go to an appointment on my own and get all the details myself!
We are with swiss medical
Any experience would be helpful so we know who to go .. or not to go to.

Dra Rosenbaum is my gyn. She speaks English. You'll have to verify that she does OB as I'm past that age! 4822-5992. Billinghurst 1676 4C in Palermo. Very nice woman. I've been using her for years. Good luck, Alicia

How does it work in terms of visitations and cost? I don't have residency, only tourist status.
