I plan to visit Buenos Aires to visit a friend who is ill and I don't know when the return will be (it would definitely be before the 3 month period). I'm also short on money and would prefer if it possible to be a one way ticket (I would be using a buddy pass so even though they are "free" the taxes and surcharges add up, and since these can basically be booked at moments notice if space is available, it works out well)
I will be using a Spanish passport. I have done this numerous times in the past (travelled just one way) but pre Macri and just once did Delta call to confirm that for Spain passport holders it is not a requirement to hold a return ticket and had no problem flying.
Is this still the case? Many thanks for any help
