US: Our international clients expect the very best in cutting edge video production, and we deliver. Our world is fast-moving and highly creative. No two days are the same, but each one sees our UK boutique video production studio (based in Buenos Aires) at the forefront of invention, producing compelling visual communications.

YOU: You’re something extraordinary – passionate and creative with endless energy. You can multi-task and work under pressure. Your organizational skills are faultless and you have the vision and determination to see projects through from conception to completion. You’re friendly, outgoing and professional, a native English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish. Ideally you’re a US/UK/Australian citizen, aged between 20 and 30, currently living in Buenos Aires and intending to stay long term.

THE JOB: It’s about project managing the development of high quality, engaging and entertaining videos. You’ll liaise with clients both to understand their needs and to manage their expectations. You’ll devise scripts and concepts, find and manage creative resources such as animators, designers and voice over artists, ensure projects run to time-lines, and continually monitor quality to deliver exceptional video productions. You’ll need to report on the efficiency and completion rates of projects and bring them in on budget. And if that’s not enough, we’ll need you to work closely with our Senior Producer on sales and marketing.

You’ll be based in Palermo. Core working hours are 9am-6pm, but when it’s needed you’ll be happy to stay and get the job done. We’re offering a comfortable working environment, an excellent base salary with opportunities for bonuses and significant future pay rises.

YOU’LL NEED:
• Proven project management/organizational skills
• A high proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English
• Great communication skills and the ability to get across business and
creative ideas both verbally and in writing
• To be a strong team player, but able to lead and guide our creative
talent where necessary
• To be resourceful, learn quickly, and have brillant attention to detail
• To be a self starter, able to work on your own initiative

We’re not worried about qualifications if you’re the right person. It would be great if you’ve already worked in video production/animation.
Check out what we do at revolution-productions.com and if you think you are the exceptional person we’re looking for, send your CV and a cover letter (telling us why you are so amazing) to [email protected]
