Exchanging Dollars

Hi guys,

I'm looking for someone who has dollars in a US account and wants to avoid the crappy exchange rates in ATMs or from Xoom. I make regular purchases online from the US, and the idea is I pay you in cash and you pay for whatever I'm buying online simultaneously. This way we can help each other out, I give you a better exchange rate than you get from an ATM and these other companies, and you help me avoid fees the government places on buying anything outside of the country.

If one pays for your overseas purchases to be delivered to you via mail with a US credit card. , some CC fees are involved ?. Pls explain?
