Experience with the Cesión de Derechos Hereditarios?

Has anyone completed the process of Cesión de Derechos Hereditarios, here? Are there legal traps to expect? Is it a good way to transmit property?

I made two of those procedures to cede my properties to my two nieces. In one of them I specified the right to live in the propery until I pass away.
I did it thru a profesional with his office next to my home.
The only glitch in our current law is they can not sell the property during the next 10 years, just in case somebody makes an invalidating claim,etc.

Thanks for the answer. So, you kept the usufructo for yourself, which seems logical.

But I'm surprised about the 10-year impediment/legal prohibition for selling. I thought it was like that in case of donation only?
