An email from the city brought this service to my attention today, so I shared it with my neighbor on the corner. Within the last few months, the side of the building was damaged with graffiti in black paint. This immediately decreases the value of their property. If only those who roam the city at night with spray paint to scribble nonsense could direct their energy to producing something of merit with permission, as many do, rather than damaging property that reflects their mental illness.
