Greetings readers! We will hold our monthly meeting on Wednesday November 27 at 7:00pm,at my apartment in Recoleta and will be discussing "the Motorcycle Diaries" by Ernesto Che Guevara. It is available for $4 as a downloadable book on the Kindle application. (It's available in English or Spanish)And probably available in most bookstores here. It's only about 160 pages. It has been on the New York Times Bestseller list.
We hold our meetings the last Wednesday of every month. Also we run a free book exchange--if you want to bring a book to donate to someone else you take one that they've donated! I provide hot and cold beverages and I ask participants to bring a snack to share. Please PM me for the exact address and to RSVP.. This is open to all members of this forum, regardless if you've been to a meeting before or not. It is not a "virtual" book club. We have warm bodies at our meetings and food and drink. Hope to see you at the next meeting!
