Anyone getting in the mood for fall recipes? I love summer salads but I'm getting a little tired of them.

My favourite thing to make in the winter chili, vegetarian style. It's still too warm for that though. Maybe I can swing stuffed peppers with rice cold? I usually do them cheesy and hot but I guess room temperature might work.

Anyone have any favorites to share?
 
Always thought that the hotter it is the more chilis you need. Cooked a chorizo colorado, red pepper, tomato and poroto stew last night. Even my Argentine friends got over the picante and ate 3 servings.
 
Yeah, I have some recipes of the autumn salads. There are lots of 'autumn' vegetables like beetroots, carrots, potatoe, etc.
