FBI Background Check Validity

Hello

I finally have learned what I need to do for Migrations.
Through Marriage.
I need my passport , background check all to have same name as Birth Certificate all have same name. Everything follows the BC. Which I dont.
Simple and valuable information that took me too long to learn.

Heres Question.
Im reapplying for my Background check. Ive read that its only valid for 90 days.

What date do Migrations go by,

The first step with fingerprints which would have one date.

or

The Apostille that would have a later date of about a month.

The FBI wasnt sure, does anyone know which date, the start counting 90 days?

Hi! I did a FBI fingerprint background check when I went to visit my family and get my papers and i had to come back to Argentina before they delivered it. Now I’m going back again but the background check is almsot a year old. I looked up how long it lasts for and on the fbi website it’s 5 years but I heard for Argentina it’s only 90 days?? And also where are you getting the papers apostilled because where I think I’m supposed to send it says its taking 11 weeks to return
