Fellow expats I have an electrician to recommend. The guy was here last week to install a ceiling lamp.
I've known him for a few years. A while back he also installed two ceiling fans, replaced some electrical outlets, and mounted two wall lighting units.
He also fixed the intercom, not so easy to do when the building I live in is a 19th century antique.
He doesn't speak English but his fluent in AC/DC. He lives in the Chacarita area neighborhood.
He has wheels so he gets around the city pretty good. The guy is very reasonable, honest, trustworthy and super smart. A rare find.

PS.: I also have a cleaning lady to recommend. She comes once a month to help out with the cleaning.
