Feriado Thursday and Friday

I know that there's a feriado this Thurday the 8th and Friday the 9th for the Día de la Virgen, but does anyone know if banks will be open on Monday the 12th?
 
And CK very kindly gave us Friday as a gesture of goodwill, allegedly.
