Is anyone familiar with this festival and/or the area? Is it safe to take a bus there?

I found it will be in Ituizango, the west of the Gran Buenos Aires. Perhaps someone closer to the area will be able to help more.

The address is Predio Deportivo “Uruma-En” desde las 19hs.
