It is an idependent event. You don't have to be a member of baexpats and I assume you don't have to take classes at Academy of Recoleta either.

The party is a lot of fun, held in old mansion a few blocks from Village Recolleta shopping mall. theres a dj and a large dance room and lots of mingling in the garden. Juan is a hard working smiling host. the party is free, you just spend what you drink.
