I've been living in BsAs off and on for the last 4 years, splitting time with California. What was 80% there and 20% here 4 years ago, is now 80% here and only 20% in the States.
For reference, I have permanent residency, and own real estate and a company here, so I have been over a few of the government hurdles.
Hope I can contribute the occasional nugget of wisdom. Or at least experience...
