After decades it's finally done...with five countries: Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia and Uruguay

Reduced or removed tariffs on a range of product including: meat, wine, chocolate, cars, drugs, chemicals...and an estimated 22,000 jobs added.

Those are the full members of Mercosur, I believe. Others (Ecuador, Colombia, etc) are associate members. Chile has always been an adjunct. Venezuela is suspended.

That's correct...those are the five full members. Bolivia just became a full member in July of this year.

The signed Trade Agreement must be approved by 28 EU countries parliaments and then the EU Parliament.
Don't hold your breath.

Without changes in internal Argentine customs, tax, and import/export laws, this is relatively meaningless to the average Argentine. It may affect Cargill, or Stellantis, but it wont change the price of much of anything at the Chino or on Mercado Libre.
