Here's how I got my FBI fingerprints done in August 2014. Downloaded the form and instructions off the FBI website to a pin drive. Had a few copies printed on hard stock paper. Carefully read the instruction and filled out two copies in black ink and took them to Comisaria 23 at 4000 Santa Fe. They did two sets of prints and there was no charge.
