Best cheap green currys are in a place in microcentral called....wait for it...green curry. 28 pesos and you can't go wrong with the lemonada tambien!
 
And for dessert try the brownie with ice cream and dulce de leche... Amazing and only 15 pesos... ;)
 
Do you remember what street it is on? Even roughly? I'm only slightly familiar with San Telmo. Sounds like a great place to try. And obviously it's popular! Thanks.
 
Hi Gibraltar is on Peru, just after it crosses with Av Independencia. I walked past it a few months ago and made a mental note to go back there sometime.

Kasper could you describe the Fish part of the Fish&Chips...:confused: I visualize some huge chunks of white, firm, crispy Icelandic Cod.. in a newsprint cone...?:rolleyes:
To make it worth the trip from Recoleta.
