The builder''s estimated cost of the two story, 55 mtr2 cabana plus the lot of 2500 mtr2 is $65K US.
Both estimates are from the same contractor. The buyer is free to build a home of his own design as well. Either of these cabanas could be used as a guest or pool house if construction of a larger home is desired in the future. There would still be plenty of space for a pool and garage.
