Furnished Apartment For Rent In Caballito

Hello all. I will have a furnished apartment for rent available in Caballito in August that is available indefinitely. It is a 64 m2 apartment with two bedrooms, a decent sized living room, full kitchen, a regular sized bathroom, and another small bathroom with a shower. Furniture included would be a couch, three single beds (with possibility to unite two of them together if it's a couple, and a pull out bed under one of the beds), refrigerator, table, chairs, and basic cooking/eating utensils, tv, etc. etc. This apartment is nice, only 4 years old, and it has a caldera heating system which heats the apartment from the floor up. For the summer, it has air conditioning. Rent would also include phone, internet, and cable. The apartment is in a great location, Campichuelo and Botoga, 4 blocks from the subway, and two blocks from Rivadavia that has all kinds of transportation. It is located near tons of restaurants and commercial places, and there is lots of green and light in the area. Two could live in this apartment quite comfortably, or a couple with a small child. Three could live in it less comfortably, but it is certainly possible. Four is possible, but probably a little cramped.

I am looking to rent at around 1200 USD, but depending on length of time rented and terms of rental, I will listen to all offers. If you are interested, please send me a message.
