It is posted in air bnb it will be available the first week in October
Three month minimum rental...

we are talking of about US$750 aprox or $11,250 pesos in October blue

Looks like a very comfortable flat .

Asking for a renter to pay in USD and not including expensas and utilities is not a good deal for a renter. When you receive USD rent you get a raise every time the peso is devalued (every month). Good luck to you but if you want a good long term tenant you shouldn't nickel and dime people over these things.

that rent is for Argentinean standards even for short stays very, very expensive. Reality is for many Argentineans non-existing.

Obviously we would prefer to have the rent paid in another currency...but will accept the official rate on pesos to dollars....

hahaha! hilarious! Even 700 dollars convert into pesos is outrageous too much! I'm paying 360 dollars a month all in and most medium and short rents are not above 500 us dollars. Only fools or dummies gringos would pay yours. And it's Almagro, not even Recoleta or Palermo!

I wouldn't really want to rent it to a person like yourself anyway(so please go away)...I didn't ask for your expert opinion on real estate prices andI have no idea why you are sticking your nose into a post where you aren't even interesting in doing anything but causing trouble...Show me a place like this that you can rent anywhere near this nice furnished for 6500 pesos without a gaurantia...I'm sure your 360 dollar place is a real castle.
