i think that might just be for Argentines who normally get the discounted flights, as clarin said the government authorized it. Might be wrong, but think there's a law that says airlines within argentina have to sell flights to Argentines at a certain discount, and now the government are changing it to less of a discount.
If all flights are rising 20% though that's going to make flying here even more ridiculously expensive.
