Why don't you go to a good clinic like IADT - Instituto Argentino de Diagnostico y Tratamiento ? MT de Alvear y Larrea. I had two done there. Very successful; excellent care.

I scheduled an appointment with GEDYT.. they have good reviews but they schedule a month out.
