A Google search shows that the place got into a Catch-22 situation with the authorities. Unable to get paid by the Ministry for sevices rendered but stopped by the AFIP from being awarded/renew the public bidding contracts due to unpaid taxes.

Pagina Bolche didn't do their homework or didn't want to tell more about the story.
