Good travel company for Patagonia?

I am planing a little trip to Patagonia, but since I have only 10 to 12 days available I am looking for a good travel agency/ company that can customize the trip... Anyone with good experiences? Bad experiences also welcome - so I know whom to avoid...

I used CAT Travel a while back they were simply awesome, everything bespoke and they booked everything down to the seats on the buses. Coulnt not have done my ambitious schedule on my own.

BTW their bespoke prices were much cheaper than the packages (in 2008). Give me a shout if you need any info.
