They also jacked up the rates to parks too, Iguazu now costs 35K for foreigners, same as the Grand Canyon, and the infrastructure at PN Iguazu isn't anywhere close.
I was there last week and actually find it to have slightly better infrastructure than on the Brazilian side. There is even a train to take you through the park at no additional cost (e.g. included in the entry fee for non-resident foreigners runs about the same as a ticket for the Tren del Fin del Mundo in Ushuaia which does not even include the national park entrance fee there).

FYI - on the Brazilian side the park entrance fee is BRL 100 - about USD 20 (about $10 cheaper).
