El Gobierno colocará hoy tres bonos en dólares a 5, 10 y 30 años con tasas de hasta 7%
Argentina presentó una guía inicial de rendimiento en el área alta de 4% para el tramo a 5 años, de 6,25% para el título a 10 años y en el área baja de 7% para el bono a 30 años. Citigroup, Deutsche Bank y HSBC son los agentes encargados de la emisión. Desde la cartera de Luis Caputo dijeron que "no hay monto definido para la operación; se definirá de acuerdo al mercado".

My guess is that these will be deeply discounted by the market
 
When you say they will be deeply discounted, does that mean that you pay less but get the face value resulting in a higher interest rate? If so, any guess on what that rate (or discount) would be?
 
Yes that's exactly what I mean. No way are these going to sell at face value for a 7% coupon on a 30-year Bond issued from this country. The yield has to reflect the risk. The market will take care of that in the pricing.
