Great and Inexpensive International Pub in Puerto Madero

I have been living now in Bs.As. for one month and will be here a minimum of 5 months more. I and my friend found this great bar called Tres Quarts in the Puert Madero area. The bar prices are the best I have seen in Bs.As. The dueno Ariel Maier is very friendly and he employs a winning staff that makes sure you are having a good time. Since I am a bit of a comic...I can truly say I have never had a better time at a Pub here. The food menu is interesting and again at bargain prices.....
