One website I used to find apartments and roommates in BsAs was Comparto Depto. After making a profile (Gratis), you can customize your searches to the neighborhood, living situation and rental price you're interested in. You can also change your settings so that renters and potential roommates can send you inbox messages about potential availabilities. It's quick and a great way to find a lot of options.
